This was a miserable and dishonest experience. I booked a room for 29.09 to 2.10 and received confirmation, but when I arrived and rang the bell, nobody opened the door. I called and was asked to wait a minute, but nobody came. On my second call, they said they couldn't find my reservation in their system and were fully booked. I had confirmation, so I believe that was a complete lie and that they knew about the booking but didn't want to let me in. I had to find somewhere else on a Friday evening with my child, who had travelled with me. Their treatment of people was absolutely dishonest.

The place was clean and pleasant, with plenty of room for larger groups and families with children. It has a fenced yard and sits in a fairly quiet spot, with a bus stop right beside it and excellent public transport connections. The owner was lovely, helpful, and accommodating. The price was very nice too :)

I feel at home here, and it's the best hotel I've ever stayed at. There's a lovely garden, a grill, and a pergola, and the car is kept inside so I don't have to worry about it. The only thing that bothers me is how long it takes to fill the bathtub, an hour and a half, almost two.
