The place was clean and tidy, and the location was good. But my wife and I had trouble communicating with the hostess, so we asked her to speak English so I could follow. Later, we spent around 15 minutes trying to get into the apartment. I texted and called her three times, and we still hadn't heard back by the time I wrote this.

There was no Wi-Fi for the first month, even though I was told it would be ready on move-in day. Once it finally arrived, the connection was terrible. Another resident ended up buying a router and internet service himself because the owners wouldn't address it. I stayed at the Kubelíkova location during the COVID shutdown, and they still haven't returned my 11k deposit after a month. Their representatives were slow to respond and unhelpful. More than once, instead of offering to fix a problem, an employee just sent me to contact someone else.

The bathroom was shared, and there were two extra apartment rooms sharing the kitchen, which I hadn't noticed in the listing. It's also a fair distance from DT. I had to wait in the rain for the lady to arrive, and was told about unfavorable exchange rates when I got there. There were extra fees too.

The rooms are big and the price is great. The shared bathrooms were fine with me, and I knew to expect them. The area is good, with lots of good food and bars within a three-minute walk. Prague center is about 10 minutes away.
