Terrible customer service. I contacted them through Hostelworld just 30 minutes after booking because I needed to change my reservation and ask whether the “double” meant two small beds or one large one. I had booked a late bed, which didn't work for me, so I said I needed to cancel and understood I'd lose the deposit. The man on the phone said that was no problem. But they charged me for the whole stay. They explained that the employee I'd been told was the manager was actually a college student with no authority to make decisions. GO receptionist, what a person to transfer me to. They clearly couldn't care less about customers.

We had a perfect little studio for a romantic getaway, right in the heart of Prague under the roof of a building on Wenceslas Square. The balcony was lovely, with a nice view over Prague. We stayed in January, and the one thing to mention is that it got a bit too cold at night because the heating was low. I think that may be due to the central heating.

The apartments are in a central spot on Wenceslas Square and are well furnished and quiet. I won't hold it against them, but the framed print of Klimts "The Kiss" was hung horizontally instead of vertically.

We stayed in the three-room apartment on the roof terrace, with Mark&Spencer below us. It was a lovely, large apartment with a big terrace. Step out onto the street and you're right in the heart of Prague, on Vaclavske namestie. It was nice.

There was plenty of room and a big bed, plus some useful kitchen equipment I could cook with. I took off a star because there was loud noise from next door at night.
