W Prague

The staff made our weekend at W Prague feel special from the start. Beforehand, I was asked why we were travelling and told what the hotel could book for us. When we arrived, the welcome was so lovely, as if we were the most important guests there. My new wife Kate and I loved the beautiful hotel, the great food, and the brilliant bars, but the staff stood out most. The bar team, real cocktail gurus, deserve special credit. They explained each drink in detail and were so engaged when making cocktails to our requests. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed three nights and had a great experience at this awesome hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless, which really mattered to my very cleanliness-sensitive wife. Breakfast was excellent too. The location is ideal, close to the centre but away from the noise.

The spa and pool were a lovely place to unwind after sightseeing, and breakfast was excellent and well organized. There was a generous, high-quality cold buffet, plus hot dishes you could order from the kitchen. The concierge gave us great recommendations, and the staff throughout were warm, professional, and always happy to help. We stayed in the original part of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern, and beautifully put together, with stylish details and a large, very comfortable bed. The hotel felt luxurious but welcoming as soon as we arrived, and you could sense that luxury as soon as you walked in. The W Prague lived up to its excellent online reputation. Its Old Town location was perfect, with most major sights an easy walk away. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return on our next Prague trip.

The croissants at breakfast were the best we had on the whole trip, even though part of it was spent in Paris. We also loved the pools, sauna, and steam room. We didn't book treatments, but would have used the spa every day if we were staying longer. Mical greeted us with warm towels and a delicious mocktail, then kept being thoughtful throughout our short stay. His kindness set the tone for service that was on another level. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, modern, and carefully designed, and the whole property is stunning, elegant, well restored, and full of character. We also enjoyed the hotel bar, with its fantastic cocktails and great service. The staff were so kind, and the guest experience felt special. This quickly became the best hotel I've stayed in, exceeded every expectation, and we'll absolutely be back. I can't recommend it highly enough.
