The staff and location were okay, but the rooms badly need refurbishment. Room N.10 had extremely worn furniture, mold, and dust. I went back to reception to check whether the hotel was really rated four stars, because that room felt two-star at most. The receptionist kindly moved me to a slightly better room, but a room costing 138€ in Prague should look much better. I’ve included pictures as proof. These rooms are definitely not four-star quality.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The hotel is in the Nové Město district, within walking distance of major sights like Wenceslas Square and the Old Town. Public transport is nearby as well, so it’s easy to get around the city.

The area felt relaxed and quieter than the center, while tourist sights were still very close. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay. The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel itself was beautiful. With the price and location, it’s great value. No complaints from me, I’d definitely come back.

The location was ideal for sightseeing, and breakfast was very good. It’s an excellent hotel, though the rooms could use updating. I found the mattress and pillows hard, but that’s just my personal opinion.
