We were made to feel really welcome, and the staff were so friendly. Check-in and checkout were quick. On my boyfriend’s birthday, they brought complimentary desserts and juice right to our room, which made us very happy. The young woman at reception with curly dark hair was such a lovely person, warm when we arrived and when we said goodbye. I’d absolutely stay here again :)

The big, comfortable room had a full-size bed, a nice shower, a mini fridge, and tea and coffee machines. It felt like a home away from home, with friendly, helpful staff and a quick check-in and checkout. The hotel is very central, just a few minutes on foot from shops, a large shopping centre, restaurants, and public transport. Major sights are also walkable. Of the three hotels we stayed at in Munich, Prague, and Berlin, this was my favorite. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was clean, warm, and lovely, and I couldn’t fault it. The staff were really friendly, too. It’s a very central spot, and getting there from the airport was easy.

Guest Services were fantastic, and our room was clean and very quiet. The double-window setup kept the street noise out. The central location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away.

A lovely, quiet hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff were great, and Old Town is an easy walk away.
