Jiri at reception made our first visit to Prague especially easy. He was so helpful, gave us a map, and suggested a walking route for day one that set up the perfect holiday. We'll be back! We stayed three nights this week, and wow, the hotel is incredible. It's clean and fresh, looks almost new, and the location is ideal for walking anywhere in the city.

The hotel is right in the center of Prague, and I'm already looking forward to coming back in spring. Cleanliness was at a very high level, from what I could tell, and breakfast had a range of choices, though a few more fruits would be nice. Check-in was quick: we filled in some initial details and got a complimentary drink. Our room was on floor 1, with just 3-4 steps between the entrance lobby and the elevator.

They get the little details right, from the design to the service. I even got a free glass of wine for a friend who wasn't staying at the hotel. Excellent place, and highly recommended if you're staying in prague.

The location was great, and the spa area was nice, though it didn't appeal much to us. Still, you can do much better in prague for half the cost. The hotel has a luxury feel, but the details didn't live up to that. Service was okay, nothing special. The rooms were fine, no better than cheaper hotels in prague, with very basic amenities. We considered breakfast but skipped it after seeing the equally basic buffet. Overall, it wasn't good value.

The little extras made this stay special: coffee and pastries in the library, wine tasting hours, warm Christmas drinks, and a complimentary city guide. The staff were welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time here. It's a five-star hotel in the heart of Prague, within walking distance of everything. Our room was beautifully designed and the amenities were excellent. We'd highly recommend it.
