Hotel Caesar Prague

The location is the one real plus, with restaurants and things to do only a few minutes away. The front desk team was really nice too, apart from one older man who came across as passive aggressive. But we could hear every little thing the neighbours did, and even without that noise issue, the room didn't feel up to a four star standard. For what it costs, I don't think it was worth it. I'd look at another place nearby.

The pillows made it hard to get decent sleep. One swallowed your head, while the other felt like a yoga foam block, and I ended up with back pain. We could hear the elevator from our room, even though it was a bit away from the main interior, and noise from neighbours carried through the walls, down to talking and plugging things in. We liked how spacious both the room and bathroom were, and the location suited us since we like being walkable to the center but away from the noise. They cleaned daily and left complimentary coffee and tea for guests. Fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't choose it for more than two or three nights if proper rest matters.

We had a rough first night in Prague at another place, then managed to book our last few nights at Hotel Caesar Prague. That made for a wonderful change. The room was clean, quiet and roomy, and the atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. Simon at reception especially made a difference: he arranged an early check-in and patiently answered all our questions. His service was top notch, and we'd definitely stay again. Simon deserves a raise!

We first booked a double, then switched to a triple. The customer service team communicated really well. Plenty of room, good facilities, and they serviced the room every day. Now and then we heard neighbours, but it wasn't too bad as long as everyone behaved 😊
