My sister and I had a really nice stay in December. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and we especially liked the terrace. The hotel is within walking distance of most main attractions, and breakfast was good each morning. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were friendly. It felt like good value for what we got, and I’d stay again.

We had a great three-night stay. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a river view and terrace, and breakfast was really nice. The location was great too. Everyone, from reception to the bar staff, provided excellent service. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Prague.

Everything went perfectly on my two-night work trip to Praha. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is still quiet despite being just an eight-minute walk from the central station. I’d like to stay again on my next visit.

Our room stayed freezing cold, even with the heating turned all the way up day and night. I had to wear warm clothes inside and woke in the middle of the night from the cold. We also didn’t get a double bed, although we had selected that option when booking. By itself, the bed issue wouldn’t have affected my rating much, but together with the heating problem it made the stay uncomfortable.

There wasn’t any warm water in the evening, just room-temperature water, so I gave up on showering and tried again the next day. The breakfast dining area was very small, and I saw the staff remove plates and utensils without cleaning the table mat. It made me wonder how long it had been since the mats were cleaned, and I felt uneasy eating with the utensils on one.
