The woman at reception was really kind and helpful, I think her name was Romana. Breakfast was remarkable, and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel is in the heart of the old town, so you can walk to almost every important spot. Outstanding, I strongly recommend it.

What made the biggest impression was the staff, especially the very friendly woman at the front desk who gave us great tips for exploring the city. I've traveled around Europe for months, and this is my favorite hotel. Thanks so much! The building was such a cool shape because it's so narrow, but our room never felt cramped. The location was great, the rooms were very nice, and I loved the breakfast buffet and the pastries that were always in the lobby.

The location was amazing, just a block from Charles Bridge on a very quiet street. There are only 9 rooms, but the service felt really personal. Jitka has been amazing in helping us. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast was good.

For the price, this was a great hotel. The location was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding was very comfortable. If you're tall, I'd ask for a room below the top floor, since the ceilings in the room and bathroom up there slope.

The little side street location was quiet but still right in the old town, near all the sights, and the price was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and on arrival they explained everything clearly. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable too, and everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was just right to start the day. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Clementine.
