They charged me 100 CZK for leaving after 22:00, even though I’d only been inside for about 15-20 minutes. There was no clear notice of this rule. They told me it was in an internal document that visitors aren’t shown. The whole thing felt misleading, almost like a scam. Be careful if you’re planning to come here.

Not a great place. My room hadn't been cleaned properly, the keys didn't work, and the washing machines cost money. The internet was the worst I've ever experienced. A fire alarm also went off while I was showering, and only one staff member seemed to care at all.

The room was fine, though the beds felt a bit too hard for me.

I stayed at the residence for three months. My room was clean and everything worked, with nothing broken. It was a good experience, even if nothing about it was exceptional.

The room was too noisy, so I asked to switch, but the receptionist got angry and refused to move us. He also scolded us in Czech. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful, and I've never dealt with someone so unpleasant. We'll never book this hotel again. He was still young, with a slim build. Too bad I can't remember his name properly.
