The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were really nice. The room was a little small, but had everything I needed and felt just about right. The hotel’s location on the square couldn’t have been better. I’ll definitely stay here again someday.

I’ve stayed at the Occidental twice, and both visits were very pleasant. The staff have always been helpful and courteous, and the updated room was clean and well appointed. From my fifth-floor room, I had amazing views of the museum, Wenceslas Square, and Prague Castle. I didn’t notice any street noise. The hotel is right across from the museum on Wenceslas Square, and getting around is easy with public transport close by. You can take a bus and train from the airport, and it’s an easy walk from the main rail station. The museum train stop is just steps away if you have luggage, which helps since Prague’s sidewalks can be tough with wheeled bags. I love this location, and it’s become my favorite go-to place in Prague. Some hotels here feel worn out and cramped, calling it “old world charm,” but this one has been a much better experience.

McDonald's is right downstairs, with a Starbucks and a major shopping street just steps away. The hotel is exceptionally close to Museum metro station. Service was outstanding too: when we ran into a small issue with something in the room, the staff fixed it immediately.

The room was a little small and didn’t quite feel five-star, but it was still comfortable. There was a good range of breakfast options, and the hotel is in a great location. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
