Designed apartment next to Vaclav square with terrace and private garage

I paid almost 11 thousand for the room but got no accommodation details beyond being told the keys were in a locked box at the apartment. I messaged and called at 9 pm to say we’d arrive late, but nobody answered. We got there at midnight after work, three of us, and no one let us in. I contacted the owner, who canceled the booking and kept all the money. It had been booked for five days, but instead of letting us check in the next day, the owner took the room back and sold it again. We had to look for somewhere to sleep after a 12-hour shift, until 2 am. The owner was a jerk, a fraud, and not customer-friendly. They took 11 thousand from us and couldn’t answer the phone or make arrangements like a normal person. Booking, of course, blames it all on the owner. Even after missing the first night, the owner could easily have given us the keys the next day. Don’t be an idiot.
