The staff were so helpful. When I asked one employee to look for cranberry juice in Prague, she called every damn nearby grocer to check. They also booked reservations for us and made sure our taxi fares were reasonable. With a nice breakfast and a beautiful stepped terrace leading to the rooms, this is a great place to stay if you want to be near the castle.

It's a fairly large bed and breakfast with friendly staff and a good breakfast, which was a big plus since Prague isn't known for its service or food. The staff can help with finding concerts, tours, or even bus passes, and the minibar prices are great. Sleeping was less comfortable, though: there's no air conditioning, and you only get one very heavy cover, so it gets hot at night.

The staff are really warm and friendly. This beautiful little boutique hotel has just 6 rooms, each with a magnificent view over Prague's old town. It's in a mansion that's stood since 1328, though the inside has been refurbished. I'm definitely coming back for another stay.

The staff were accommodating and helpful, and the clean, spacious rooms make this a good value. It's a great choice for easy access to Mala Strana and Prague Castle, in the Hrad quarter. Just be aware that the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, so it's less accessible if you plan to walk around historic Prague east of the Vltana. Recommended.
