EA Hotel Jelení dvůr Prague Castle

The reception staff were friendly and polite, the one real positive. Breakfast was plentiful, especially the fruit yogurt, which was good, but it was never served warm. Quantity didn't make up for the quality or the conditions. Our room was dirty, with spider webs everywhere and unclean water glasses. Shower water leaked across the bathroom floor and into the room. The floor was unusually warm, but that didn't compensate for the lack of hygiene and maintenance. We stayed from December 29 to January 2, and the price was extremely high for what was offered. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at those rates.

The rooms were very small, breakfast wasn't good, and the staff weren't helpful. They changed from day to day without telling us, and basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were often missing. For this price you can get food and facilities at a 4-star hotel. I would never recommend this place.

The beds and shower were clean, but there's no glass screen in the shower, so water gets all over the floor. The rooms are plain and the walls are dirty. Definitely not 3 stars, and the breakfast was shocking.

The rooms, towels and bed sheets were clean, though the shower cabinet glass hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast was great, and they even let us eat after the kitchen had closed. The reception staff were super and helped us throughout. I can recommend staying here. Thanks, I'll definitely come back when I'm in Prague again.
