We stayed for 5D4N and the service was top notch. Our first room didn’t have a bath, and when we called reception to ask for a room without a bath, they quickly arranged the change for the next morning. The reception team were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very central for all the attractions. For this price, we’d definitely recommend booking here and will come back. Prague was good overall!

The room was bad enough that I needed earplugs to sleep. The air conditioning unit kept humming even when switched off, and the heavy room door slammed shut. You could hear it at night if someone came into a room within several rooms of mine. The glass bathroom door didn’t close properly, so there was no privacy, a problem if you’re not travelling with a partner. Beds were hard and the duvets heavy. There was nowhere to put luggage or belongings, and the wardrobe wasn’t functional. I prefer a shower, but there was a bathtub instead. The furniture looked old and worn, and the TV had practically only Czech-language channels. This hotel doesn’t deserve its stars, I’d give it 3 at most.

The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, a nice place to unwind after a day out. Staff were friendly and professional throughout, always willing to help with requests or recommendations. The location is a real highlight, right in Prague’s city centre and an easy walk from major sights, restaurants, shops, and public transport. We explored most of the city on foot, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Great service, comfort, and location together. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. They kept our luggage for us both before check-in and after check-out. It’s a really good location for the attractions, and we’d return.
