Fairmont Golden Prague Hotel

We were delighted with the room upgrade through the Accor loyalty program, and the staff were kind and highly professional. The fitness center is excellent and well equipped. Our room was spotless, with a beautiful view of the Vltava river. For a couple's weekend, the location worked perfectly: the Fairmont is in the Old Town, just a five-minute walk from the main square, yet the hotel feels peaceful. Recently renovated, it feels fresh, modern and high-end. Highly recommended!

The spa was impressive and well maintained, and the renovations were carried out to an exceptional standard. Service was attentive and outstanding, and I would certainly consider staying again. The Fairmont Gold lounge was one of the best I've come across. I was a little surprised, though, that its food selection matched Kafka's restaurant. I had expected Kafka to offer a more extensive and sophisticated culinary selection. I was also disappointed that the saunas had no no-swimsuit policy, especially the ones inside the changing rooms. I recommend introducing one.

I felt like a queen here. The thoughtful little touches made me especially happy: morning and evening turndown, water set out for the night, comfortable slippers, and my sleepwear neatly arranged on the bed. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. They even took care of parking my car, which made everything more enjoyable. A complete, feel-good full-service experience!

The staff made the stay feel special, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help. I stayed at Fairmont Prague in February 2026, in a river-facing twin king room. Housekeeping was reliable every day, including turndown, and the room had no issues. The hotel is close to the town square and shops, and its facilities are world-class. I’d be very happy to return and would highly recommend it.
