We stayed four nights, from 29th of December 2025 to 2nd of January 2026, and I'd come back to the Friday hotel if I visit Prague again. It's right in the centre, beside the Christmas markets, trams and metro, with pretty much everything nearby. The food was delicious and the rooms were great. Reception staff were very nice to us. Best hotel I've ever stayed at.

I left after one night. The rooms were okay, but the hallways were awful, with stains all over the carpets. They switched off the a/c, which I need, and told me to open the window if that was a problem. Truly appalling. Do not stay here.

We were very comfortable in the spacious rooms, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was great too, with everything close by and within walking distance. We really enjoyed the hotel.

My $30,000 Rolex and jewelry went missing from the room, which had no room safe for valuables. There was no investigation or accountability, and management/staff hid behind excuses. The hotel failed to provide a secure environment and then took no responsibility, so I consider it complicit in the loss. I can't warn people strongly enough. Stay away.

The rooms were nice and had plenty of space, and both the service and location were good. Breakfast was very good too. The lighting could have been better, and the carpets weren't very clean.
