The beer at the buffet is good and, for Prague, the price is hard to beat. Room prices are reasonable too, about what I'd expect in Poland, even though Prague itself is expensive. Rooms are tidy, the beds are comfortable enough, and it's handy having a fridge in the room plus a kitchen with dishes, pots, coffee and the like. The staff are friendly and helpful. They speak Czech, but I could understand everything, and the woman at reception showed directions on a map. There's a tram stop and a bus stop right beside the guesthouse, though the bus stop was affected by renovations. A 20-minute ticket into the center costs 24 crowns (CZK). You can get one at the next stop by Kaufland, at a cigarette shop, or from the lady at reception. They take Czech crowns or euros, but not złoty.
