The room was basic but clean, with fresh towels and soap, and the price felt fair. The mattress wasn't great, though at least it wasn't too soft. Staff didn't seem especially interested, but for our one night it did the job. We heard some noise through the thin doors when the neighbours came and went. We'd brought earplugs anyway. All in all, it was fine enough that we'd consider staying again.

The tram is easy to reach from this well located hotel, and the price was good. Our room was decent for a short stay, though there was a slight smell from the toilet and the place feels a little old. We had a comfortable, hassle-free visit, especially handy with young children.

It felt like stepping into another world, all bright, unusual and lovely. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the interior. Our room was fresh and quite clean, and even though we spent all our time there, noise wasn't an issue. It was quiet and peaceful, with no problems.

We had no complaints for a hotel at such a low price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the toilet and shower were as clean as you could ask for. Free water and hot tea are available in the lobby whenever you want. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly. The hotel is in a peaceful area, and the tram takes about 30 minutes to reach basically all the main attractions in the city center. It's everything you need for a trip to Prague! 🥹🏨

The location is very good, with the underground nearby. We speak Russian and are from Kazakhstan, but we felt we encountered nationalism at the hotel. Staff spoke Russian among themselves without any trouble, yet ignored us when we addressed them in it. When we tried English, they said, “don't even try,” even though my English is good. The lobby was oddly quiet, as if talking there wasn't allowed. A woman cleaning there yelled at us for sitting and disturbing her, and the receptionists looked down on us. I understand they're just staff. I hope the hotel manager is different and had other intentions when opening the hotel.
