Our flights were canceled against our will when the airspace closed because of the war in our country, so we had no way to reach the property. We contacted the host and explained what was happening. We weren't even asking for a full refund, only to move the dates so we could come later. They said they understood, but refused to cancel or postpone and kept our money for a stay they knew we couldn't make. Booking.com tried to help too, but the host ignored or rejected those requests. I'm deeply disappointed and hurt by how they handled it. They chose the payment over showing some empathy during a time of war, and left us angry. Their response felt cold and greedy, and I'd advise booking somewhere else.

Ali, the receptionist, did an outstanding job and helped wherever he could. We're so grateful we got to rent a training room in this wonderful place. The rooms are beautiful, with plenty of daylight, and the location is top. Thanks, Ali. Andra, CEO MINDSET DESIGNS & David, CEO LIGHT IN THE DARK

The room was very modern and high tech, the location was perfect, and the staff were friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

It's close to the center and a good place to spend the night in Prague, though it wasn't cleaned very well.

The apartments were beautiful and right in the center of Prague.
