Modern Apartment Všehrdova

We paid a lot, and getting the keys was a whole ordeal. We had to go to Wenceslas Square, where we thought we could pick them up at any time, but the woman said we owed 30 euros because we were late. When we asked for our money back, she was unpleasant and refused, so we paid another 30 euros because we didn't want to lose what we'd already spent. Then we had to travel back from Wenceslas Square to Újezd to get to our room. It was dirty, smelly, messy, moldy, and full of hair and spiders. Spiders were crawling on the bed, and the room smelled so strongly of smoke it was unbearable. I'm a smoker too, but this was too much. I was afraid to stay there, so we went to another apartment that night. When we tried to change rooms or get a refund, the man turned off his phone, blocked us, swore at us, and was rude. They never returned our money, so we just lost it. I have photos of everything, and I've already reported the place to the health authorities. The man renting it should close it down. It's probably not even worth paying for, just look at the photos for yourself. I don't recommend it.
