Petr at reception made a big difference to our stay at Hotel Ikona. He was kind, professional and helpful from the moment we arrived, offered useful local tips, and was always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, very clean and well placed for exploring Prague. Our room was quiet, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We had a relaxing stay, and would happily return. Highly recommend Hotel Ikona for its service and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were really helpful, and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast is a bit limited, though they also have a small breakfast menu included in the price and you can order coffee from a professional machine for free. It's a nice little hotel in the heart of the old city, right beside Carl's bridge, so the location is hard to beat. Prices might feel a little steep.

Even in freezing, snowy January, this hotel had what we needed for a city weekend. The room was small but cozy and comfortable, and breakfast and the location were great. The staff were patient and welcoming, even after I emailed them four times about four different things.

A lovely quiet spot at night, even though restaurants are close by. It's a small, cozy hotel with breakfast included, right in the old town, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just be aware there's no lift for luggage or guests with mobility issues. There's no hotel parking either, and street spaces, if you find one, are limited to an hour. Public parking is a five to eight minute walk away.

We loved our stay. The breakfasts were wonderful and included, the staff were great, and the charming hotel is surrounded by good pubs and restaurants. It's only steps from the end of the Charles Bridge, so the location is unbeatable. A reminder that there's no elevator. Our room was two floors up, which was fine for us but could be an issue for some. 1000% recommend.
