There’s Wi-Fi at reception, but once you get to your room it’s gone. How did they manage that? It’s the 21st century, and you can’t go anywhere without internet. The rooms are outdated, and the parking lot is always occupied, so don’t count on using it. Better to find a decent paid lot. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was really good, and the value for the price was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they didn’t have much equipment, such as hair dryers, a TV, or a fridge. That wasn’t a problem for a couple of nights. The hotel isn’t right by the city center, but trams and the metro are nearby, up to a 10-minute walk.

Really good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even helped me sort out car trouble on New Year’s Day. The area felt safe and the people were great.

This was a horrible, quite traumatic stay for the students I was chaperoning and me. The rooms were dirty and had bed bugs, and the staff were rude and unwilling to help. With more than two people in a room, they’d give you an uncomfortable spare bed. They also demanded an exorbitant cash deposit and threatened to cancel our plane if they found anything wrong with the room after we left. Avoid this hotel.

The beds were comfortable and we slept great. Breakfast was okay, and they let me check in before the scheduled time. Parking was easy and free, and it was quick to get to the center. The rooms had just beds, no TV or fridge, and the place wasn’t the cleanest. For what you pay, it’s fair. I’d stay again if I came back to Prague.
