The apartments are roomy, with the Old Town and Vysehrad both within walking distance. Getting there by public transport is easy, and I.P. Pavlova is the closest metro and tram stop. There are good restaurants nearby, especially around Namesti Miru, just a four-minute walk away. The staff were helpful and service-minded.

The poor Wi-Fi was the main letdown, but otherwise things were in good order and I’d stay here again. The location is excellent, very close to the city center, and there’s a Tesco Express next door that stays open until midnight. Each apartment has a kitchen, and both the apartment doors and the monitored stairwell are locked. Finding the place is awkward because there’s no sign, just a door and an intercom at the address. You have to press a button and wait for the woman to open up. I got the impression staff come specifically around arrival times. There are several kinds of apartments, and paying more for one of the better-equipped options seems worthwhile. We booked the cheapest, which felt like a renovated grandparents’ apartment from the communist era. Checkout is at 10:00. Staff let us leave our bags in a locker where we pick up the keys, and we simply left the keys there when we went.
