The location was amazing, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided quite good service. The apartment was in okay to good condition, and it was clean, but it needs renovation. The Booking.com photos seemed outdated, especially the bathroom. The hot tub jacuzzi only worked partly, and its side kept falling off. There was quite a bit of wear and tear in the bathroom, on the bed, and around the apartment. The walls were very thin. It was a good experience overall, and we’d book again if they renovate.

When the borders closed, I tried to cancel because I couldn’t get into Czech Republic. The owner still made me pay the cancellation fee. They said I’d booked the studio while the borders were open, but they fought me over 28 euros and blamed me. It felt very unprofessional, especially during a hard time for everyone. A great way to lose future clients and a good name. What a shame.

The location is very central, close to the Jewish Quarter. The apartment feels worn, and some parts aren’t securely attached. There’s no air conditioning. The walls are thin, which becomes an issue when the tourists next door get noisy.

The best thing about the apartment is its location, on a busy one-way street. The bathroom siphon has a pretty strong smell.
