Annie made the stay especially easy, with helpful local suggestions, a few Czech phrases, and help sorting out things like laundry and luggage storage. The staff were great, and the rooms felt clean and roomy. Check-in was simple even though I hadn't booked, and I ended up with a whole bunk room to myself. It was a short but excellent visit to Downtown Hostel. I already know where I'll stay when I'm in Prague again.

We had a big kitchen and a recreation area, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. The hostel staff were all so friendly. Gabriele, the event organiser, was particularly welcoming and put on different events each day. I enjoyed the parties and my pleasant stay here.

Gabby, the volunteer while I was there, really shaped my stay. She made an effort every evening to bring people together, whether for games, drinks, or just dinner out. She's warm and sociable, and without her my experience would've been quite different. The room was roomy, with a quiet spot to relax and chances to meet people without feeling like you were in a frat party. And if you want to be right in the city center, this place is well situated.

Tereza at reception was always around with useful sightseeing and food suggestions. Gabriele was also great, organizing things like a jazz bar night and a cruise party, and making sure the evening ran smoothly. He was really friendly. I had a great time at this hostel, and would highly recommend it.

Gabi made check-in easy and gave us a really warm welcome, which helped a lot since my friends and I don't travel outside the US much. The beds and rooms were comfortable, and we had a great stay.
