It was really humid during our stay. The place was clean enough, but nothing special. The host didn't speak English, and the younger one spoke it really poorly and only seemed to want us to drink with him.

We spent a weekend at Pilgrim Hostel for a stag party in Prague. It's not luxurious, but in this price range it's hard to beat. Everything was clean, we could come back whenever we wanted, and there was a big courtyard for guests to barbecue or hang out together. Jan, the owner, did what he could to make the stay enjoyable, including offering different spirits. Hospitality clearly matters here, and he speaks German, which made communication easy. 10/10, I'd definitely visit Pilgrim Hostel again!

Almost all the photos shown for this hostel don't belong to it. They appear to have been stolen and shouldn't be published under its name. The owner should be ashamed. I have the same complaint about almost every photo.

I wouldn't recommend this at all. The whole building smelled, and the room walls had been stripped back to the bricks, probably because of mold. I work in social services and have seen shelters in better condition.
