The entrance is always locked, so you have to ring the bell to get in. Employees seem annoyed when you come and go, and I don't understand why they set it up that way if it upsets them. We were treated very badly, especially because we had children. I'd advise against bringing children here. There's only one child-sized chair in the restaurant. They also charged us 1,000 koruna to clean the room and threatened to call the police because it was dirty. We hadn't broken any furniture, and room cleaning is usually free. Please take this seriously. If you have children, don't stay here.

The staff were helpful, gave us the information we needed and spoke English. Breakfast was included, and for what we paid it was pretty good. Our room was cozy and clean, so I really enjoyed our stay. It's a small, traditional hotel in a lovely, quiet spot with lots of trees and fresh air. It's a little way from the city centre but close to the metro.

I made the booking for two at 09:30 in the morning and got an email confirmation. When I arrived at 14:30, a rude receptionist told me it had been cancelled because I hadn't answered my phone. That's nonsense: there was no missed call on my mobile. After that exchange with the receptionist, I'm certain I have nothing positive to say about this place. I can't answer any of the questions below. I'd be very disappointed if booking agencies kept promoting this horrible establishment.

The rooms were okay, but breakfast didn't have much variety. I stayed four days and could only eat milk with crisps. The bigger problem was the staff. They seemed like they'd been forced to work there, and I didn't see anyone smile at me during my stay except one of the reception girls. The blonde receptionist was especially unfriendly. If you're looking for nice staff, I really wouldn't recommend it.
