We had a lovely holiday here. The apartment was comfortable, well located, and had everything we needed. It was the best apartment.

The location was nice, though the interior felt old, which may not suit everyone.

A great place to stay.

There are nice restaurants close by for breakfast and dinner, but the apartment is on a busy main road and parking nearby is impossible. The mattress had a hole in it, and I hated sleeping on it. Also, the kitchen table shown in the photo with four chairs wasn't in our apartment. We had a console table that could fit two people at most.

I booked and paid in full at the beginning of 2020 for a stay at Apartment Preslova, after my friends and I registered for the Prague Marathon. When COVID-19 led to the marathon being moved to October, we were able to reschedule. The pandemic situation unfortunately didn't improve, and the race was postponed again, this time to 2021. Apartment Preslova showed no understanding. They refused to move my booking or refund even part of the more than 250 euros I'd paid. Despite my many calls and emails, nobody contacted me.
