Being there over Christmas, we hadn't expected much, but the hotel never made us feel overlooked. The team were warm from the moment we arrived and made us feel at home. They were lovely with our dog too, with a spotless, like-new dog bed already waiting for us. Each morning the breakfast team greeted us with smiles, a lovely start to the day. The staff seem to enjoy their work, and their care really came through. The location was ideal for exploring the Old Town, while still being tucked away from the bustle. We loved our stay at Josef Hotel and will gladly return. Thanks to the whole team for making it so memorable. We'd absolutely recommend it.

The birthday surprises for my girlfriend were so lovely. We ordered breakfast in bed, and they also made her a cake and left a bottle of wine. We found it when we got back on Sunday evening after being out all day. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating from the start. Our superior room was lovely, spotless and had all the amenities. We had an amazing stay in Prague, and it was worth every penny. I couldn't recommend it more.

Breakfast was great, and I think I had the best shakshuka ever there. The friendly team are the real charm of this hotel. They went above and beyond to sort things out and get me settled after a check-in issue. It's in a perfect spot, tucked behind the busy streets of the old town. I'll definitely be back.

The beds were really comfortable, with hard mattresses, and the minibar was free and restocked every day. Breakfast was excellent too. Staff were very friendly, and the rooms were modern and very clean. The location was excellent, close to a shopping mall and lots of other things, with old town attractions nearby. This is what I expect from every hotel. Bravo, a place to come back to!

We stayed at the sister Hotel Maximilian and had a lovely time. We also used the sauna at hotel Josef. It was nice, but the room with the sauna only really fits two people comfortably. There were several couples there at once, which the hotel could have avoided by giving people specific time slots.
