Hotel Lunik

The room was a bit cold at times, but otherwise I really enjoyed my few days at Hotel Lunik. It was clean, breakfast was good, and it felt like great value for the money. The location made it easy to get to the main sights and wasn’t far from the airport. The staff were friendly, especially Gabriela, who was amazing. I’d definitely recommend it.

I had a standard single room as a solo traveler and really liked it. This is a great 3-star hotel in Prague 2, close to trams and old Prague without being right in the middle of the crowds. There’s a great restaurant just steps away, and a shop for last-minute needs a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Breakfast was consistently good, and the staff were incredible, helpful, friendly, and professional.

The location made getting onto public transport easy, and the rooms were clean and fine, though they looked much better in the pictures. The women who checked us in were especially welcoming and kind. Our final impression was less positive because the person at reception on departure day wasn’t very polite. We would have rated the stay higher without that.

The best thing here is the location, close to the city center both on foot and by public transport. Breakfast was pleasant, with some variety and fresh items. The hotel itself is old, though well placed. Our spacious room felt dated, especially the very old carpet. The shower was tiny and had an impractical curtain. If you’re tall, it’s hard to shower comfortably because the curtain sticks to you, and water ends up all over the floor.
