The location made our five days in Prague easy: everything important was within about a 30-minute walk, so we never needed transport. The street itself was quiet, too. Our rooms were cleaned every day and had tea and coffee, a smart TV, good Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, glasses, and the other basics. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the staff were very helpful. From booking through checkout, everything went smoothly. Best wishes from the three of us from Serbia, and we hope to stay here again! 🇷🇸

We enjoyed our three-night stay. The room was spacious and very clean, with new furniture and a nice design. Staff were polite and friendly, while breakfast was just average but perfectly acceptable. The location is a real plus: the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge are about a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. We couldn't find a cooling system in the room, so we're not sure how it would be in summer. There wasn't an electric kettle either, though tea and coffee were available to buy in the lobby outside breakfast hours.

The view from our attic room was amazing, and the rooms were very clean. Service was great, too. Breakfast is fine for a one-time meal. They let you leave your bags after the 11:00 checkout if you're departing later. They offer discounts at a few nearby restaurants, but avoid 'U Zaludu', the food is terrible.

New Year's Eve started with a really upsetting welcome. Two receptionists were exceptionally rude, and one shouted at us. I'd booked directly, and Mr Jacub had been responsive by email, but when I asked him to clarify things later, he went silent. The receptionist kept giving us looks, too. Terrible hospitality. The transfer charge was confusing and changed along the way. In two emails, I'd been told it would be 36 euros for up to four people. The driver confirmed that amount when we got into the cab, but at reception I was suddenly told it was 57 euros because our luggage was excessive. No one had asked us about our bags or mentioned an extra charge beforehand. The receptionist said they'd sent a larger cab because of the luggage, which left me wondering how they could know how much we had without asking. We had three suitcases, each under 25 kg, plus three carry-on bags. That's within the usual minimum international flight allowance of 25 kg per person. We'd agreed to pay the driver in cash, but she hurried off saying she was late and didn't even wait for the money. In the end, reception asked us for 44 euros in cash, which we paid because we had no other option.
