Breakfast was the standout for us, with a huge choice of fresh, tasty things to start the day. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel Prokop Square is in Žižkov, a charming, quiet neighborhood with a nice atmosphere. It feels authentic and away from the big tourist crowds, while still being easy to reach from the city center by tram or with a pleasant walk. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

The little gestures made our stay especially nice. On Christmas, all the guests were offered mulled wine, and we received small gifts when we left ❤️ Our room was warm, quiet and very comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. Everyone on staff was extremely polite and friendly, always ready to help. We enjoyed the stay very much!

For my boyfriend’s birthday, the staff left a little note and a gift in our room to wish him a happy birthday. They went above and beyond to make it a day to remember and made us feel special. We were so glad we chose this hotel for our trip. A genuinely great experience, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

Getting around was easy, even without a metro station nearby. Several bus and tram stops connect the hotel well to public transport. We were always able to find a table at breakfast, though the rooms there are small, with space for about 30 guests. The staff were very friendly, and online check-in was available, which saved us time at reception. Our room was on the small side but furnished well and had everything we needed. We were satisfied with our stay in Prague.

The bedding was very disappointing. What looked like a double bed was set up with two mattresses, and it left me with severe back pain. I've been suffering from lumbago since the stay, which was over my birthday weekend. We paid €596.58 for two people for two nights, and that level of discomfort is unacceptable. The staff were polite and professional, but good service can't make up for a bed that leaves you injured. This is a serious comfort and health issue, not a throwaway complaint. I didn't take any room photos, one of the first times in my life, because the room felt so random and unwelcoming.
