It's in a good location, quiet enough to sleep, and among the cheaper places to stay in Prague. There's also an excellent Indian restaurant across the street. If you're under 25 or only need somewhere to crash, it may suit you. But as adults who travel a lot and still don't want to spend a fortune on a hotel, we found the place a bit juvenile. There were signs all over the walls telling guests to clean up, not to squash bugs into the windows, and listing lots of rules. Adults shouldn't need signs explaining how to behave, so this feels more suited to young kids. They also charge 5 euro to borrow a towel. I've never had to pay for a borrowed towel at a hostel or hotel before.

The beds and bathroom were sparkling clean the whole time, probably some of the cleanest hostel facilities I've seen. Staff were friendly around the clock, and the location, atmosphere, and upkeep were all great. One thing to know as a woman traveling: there were mostly men staying here. I shared a room with two guys for all three nights, though everyone was friendly and well behaved. The only real downside was no locker for baggage, just a shared luggage area.

The rooms were clean, with plenty of lockers and storage, and each floor had a shared fridge and water boiler. The staff were friendly, and the place was quite close to everything. We had two rooms, but the WiFi worked on the fourth floor and not the fifth. The mattresses were hard, and towels weren't included, though you could rent them at reception. Music from the inner courtyard was noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings. WiFi on the lower floors?

It was the hostel's last open night before closing for the summer, and we weren't told in advance that checkout would be earlier. They also started clearing everything out of the kitchen and common area, so we couldn't really enjoy our stay. The biggest issue was not getting that information ahead of time.

Great choice for students. The staff are nice, and the rooms are clean and new. If I go to Prague again, I'd pick Dizzy Daisy.
