We spent far too much of our trip recording problems and waiting for repairs instead of enjoying Prague. The photos didn’t match what we were given. The first apartment had worn furniture, floor problems, and poor bathrooms. After we complained, we were moved to a supposed “upgrade” that was actually smaller and didn’t have the washing machine or toaster shown in the photos they’d sent that same morning. The replacement was also in bad repair. Nails stuck out of furniture, the shower doors and a wardrobe panel were broken, the kettle tripped the breaker whenever we used it, and the hob extractor didn’t work. At first there was no cutting board or kitchen knives either. Staff eventually sent someone to inspect the repairs, but management got defensive. They initially denied that we’d been moved to a downgrade and said “exact equipment is not confirmed,” even though their own photos showed those items. I wouldn’t recommend booking with Selinor Trade s.r.o., since the pictures don’t reflect the actual apartments.
