Four Seasons Prague Hotel

The location and service alone made the Four Seasons Hotel Prague feel worth every penny. It sits right by the Vltava River, just steps from Charles Bridge, and our River-View Room looked out to Prague Castle and the bridge in the morning mist. That was one of the best parts of the trip. The doorman greeted us by name, and from then on the signature Four Seasons experience was clear. Inside, the room mixed historic architecture with modern comfort. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the marble bathroom was its own little sanctuary, and the welcome amenity was beautifully put together with a local touch that reflected the city’s heritage. We had breakfast at CottoCrudo, with loads of fresh pastries and local Bohemian specialties. The service was attentive without hovering. At AVA Spa, the vitality pool and signature treatments helped us recharge after walking the cobblestone streets. And of course, the Winter Velvet Massage! I’ve stayed in plenty of luxury hotels around Europe, and this one is in a league of its own. For a seamless, luxurious, culturally rich Prague stay, I wouldn’t look elsewhere. We’re already planning to return.

I ate every meal at the restaurant, and it was worth it. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive, and they remembered my order each day and looked after me. The service overall was top notch, and the location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Prague’s highlights and across the street from the subway. The rooms are dated, but it’s nice that they’re planning a renovation. Thanks for a great trip. I hope to be back soon!

The candlelight concert at this hotel was a great event, and I enjoyed it so much. Everyone welcomed us warmly, and the decorations were beautiful. The location was perfect too, since you can walk along the river afterward.

I’m writing as a Bruce Springsteen fan, not as a hotel guest. I waited by the entrance during his stay in 2025. The staff were generally friendly most of the time, but one incident is why I’d give them only two stars. People were waiting patiently behind the barricades and staying quiet, when suddenly they called in an armored riot police unit to scatter us.
