Hotel Julian

We were there for three nights at the start of December. The hotel is near Prague's centre, reachable on foot or by tram, but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing after busy days sightseeing. Our room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide choice for everyone. Receptionist Oxana was amazing. She helped with directions, places to visit, nearby restaurants and booking events. Such a lovely person, thank you. Strongly recommended.

The service made the biggest impression, especially Marcela, who made our stay so enjoyable. The people were so nice. Rooms were comfortable and wonderfully appointed, and it was excellent value. The location was excellent too, with several public transport options just around the corner. We could get to anywhere in the city center in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Marcela made checking in a highlight of my stay. Within minutes, she felt like a close friend. The room was beautiful, and somehow I slept deeply in a bed more comfortable than my own, even though I can never sleep in hotels. I would live here if I could! Breakfast was delicious, especially the sublime salmon I had that first morning. I took the stairs whenever I could just to enjoy the paintings. One evening, a man, I think Victor, used his computer and some local maps to help me find my way around. I appreciated his knowledge and help. Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel and delicious breakfast. I wish I'd had time to try the spa and afternoon tea, and the cleaners deserve a mention for their impeccable daily work. I really loved everything. This is safely my favourite hotel on the planet. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

The breakfast was 10/10, and the staff were fantastic. We stayed five nights, and the spacious rooms were clean and cozy. The location can't be beat, with both walking and tram access to everything within minutes. Absolute perfection, this place is a real gem! And don't sleep on the bar next door. The smoky beer is well worth a visit.
