We were pleasantly surprised to find our room had been upgraded for free, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early. It was spacious, especially for two, clean, and nicely designed. The living room's huge windows and the bedroom balcony were lovely touches. Beds were comfy, and the room had all the necessary amenities. Having our own washing machine was handy, and there was also a shared washer and dryer on floor -1, free for guests to use. They even offered free laundry pods. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Prague main station, with bus and tram stops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. We felt quite safe, with a police station down the road, and secure entry to both the building and rooms. The staff were easy to communicate with and very accommodating, especially Julia the receptionist. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again. Highly recommend for a cosy Prague stay.

The room was spacious, with high ceilings, and I loved the ecological design. Everything was clean, and the complimentary biscuits and capsule coffee were a nice touch. Self check-in was easy. I enjoyed my stay at Karl by Zeitraum and would happily stay here again. Thank you!

The room had a fridge, microwave, electric oven, and kettle, and the hotel was clean. It was around a 15-minute walk to the city centre, with shops and restaurants nearby. But we struggled with self check-in even though we arrived at the scheduled time when reception staff were meant to be there. Carrying our luggage was difficult because stairs came before the elevator, and there was no staff available to help. Something fell under the bed, and we found the floor wasn't clean. The split air conditioner wasn't working. The stay itself was pleasant, but these issues stood out.

We had some trouble with self check-in when we arrived at Karl by ZEITRAUM, but the helpline sorted it out right away. The kitchenette was well equipped and had a small fridge, and the beds were so comfortable that I had the best sleep I've had in weeks. The location was very good, close to restaurants, cafes, bars, and points of interest. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again.

The location was convenient, but the room was too warm and I couldn't turn on the air conditioning, even in October.
