We spent three weeks at Lida Guest House in July 2017. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the place was clean and comfortable. It's in a residential area, within walking distance of the metro, with only a few stops into downtown Prague. Vysehrad is also walkable, and there are some nice little restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the owners were welcoming and full of helpful information and suggestions. The tram ride to the old town is easy, and riding it is an attraction in itself. A great place to spend a few nights while visiting Prague.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from: meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and more. Jan and Jitka were warm and supportive throughout my stay. I got sick on vacation and couldn't continue to Vienna as planned, and they helped me figure out how to see a doctor in Prague. They were flexible when I changed my booking from 5 nights to 10. Once I felt better, Jan spent a long time helping plan my days, even suggesting which tram stops to use. He also booked a concert and a day trip to Cesky Krumlov. They kindly picked me up from the airport and took me back there too. I hope I can return to Prague and stay at Lida Guest House again.

The hosts were so welcoming and offered lots of suggestions shaped around what each guest wanted to do. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed a tasty breakfast and a good chat. The family-run guest house sits on a hill, so the walk keeps you fit while giving you a nice stroll. I'll definitely choose it again when I'm back in Prague. Thanks so much!

The hosts were really kind and helpful, and breakfast had a wide choice of things to eat. The room was spacious and clean, with metro and light rail nearby and a few restaurants close at hand. It's a relaxing B&B in a pleasant residential neighborhood. I only wished there were a cozy living room with a fireplace.
