The apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and a TV with Netflix in every room. The heating worked well, and the staff were kind and quick to respond. Shops, bars and supermarkets are all around the aparthotel, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the Old city. It's a great-value place to stay in Prague, and I'd definitely recommend it. There was construction in front of the building, with noise during the day. That should be temporary and isn't the property's fault.

The location was the best part, with a mall across the street and just about everything within a 30-70 meter walk. Many things a tourist might want to see, including the astronomical clock, the square and the river, are close by. We also got a great view and a very good price. Inside, the apartment was much better than the photos. It was quite big, nicely designed, very clean, and had everything we needed. The woman who handed us the key was friendly and polite.

The apartment was modern, clean, and almost too spacious, with the TV about five meters from the bed. Everything we wanted to see was close enough to walk to, so we barely used our public transport pass.

The service was good, and they provided a welcome bottle of water and towels. The towels weren't changed after that, and the room wasn't cleaned again before we left. I'd also want thicker windows: on the lower floors, you can hear the tram at night and even people talking.
