Mamaison Residence Belgicka

The homelike feel was the best part of our three nights at Mamaison Residence Belgická. It was cozy, thoughtfully laid out, and had that warm, lived-in character that made it easy to settle in and relax. Everything was well kept, and the atmosphere made the trip feel more enjoyable and authentic than a stay in a standard hotel room. We had a great time and would gladly come back.

I especially loved how cozy and spotless my room was, and it was a lovely place to unwind after a day in Prague. I was 16 and traveling, so Receptionist Peter's kindness and attentiveness made a real difference. He went out of his way to check that I felt comfortable and safe. Everyone else was welcoming and helpful too, and I felt looked after the whole time. MaMaison Prague Belgická was beautiful, clean, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. I only wish I could've stayed longer. I'd definitely return, and I'm very grateful for such a memorable visit.

The stay was very satisfying overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the place was clean, quiet, centrally located, and nicely designed, with a pleasant signature scent. I wasn't told before booking that the Finnish sauna was being renovated and wouldn't be available during my stay. Also, I had filled in my details online, so my check-in should have taken under 30 seconds. A group of seven arriving for three rooms reached the desk at about the same time as me. They were a little ahead and hadn't done the online check-in, so their registration took longer. It would've helped if staff had asked whether I was already checked in online and perhaps let me through first. I'm a solo traveler, and a bit more flexibility could make arrival smoother. That's a small issue, though.

We really enjoyed the hotel and its quiet, pleasant part of Prag. The apartment was roomy, spotless, and practical, and the staff were very helpful. Everything was perfect for us.
