Hotel Metropolitan

We spent six nights here and couldn’t fault the team. Everyone was polite, professional, and friendly, with helpful suggestions for things to do. They also stored our luggage when we arrived early on the first day and had a late transfer on the last. The rooftop bar has gorgeous views of Prague. Our room was clean and spacious, with a wardrobe, and housekeeping were fantastic. Old Town Square and the Astronomical clock were a five-minute walk away, while Charles Bridge took about 20 minutes on foot. Highly recommend. If we return to Prague, we’ll stay here again.

We had a triple room with comfortable beds and a great view. Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of choices and homemade bakery treats. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. It’s in a quiet area but only a short walk from the old town center, and the rooftop bar has wonderful city views. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

We really appreciated the extra touches, from a welcome drink at the rooftop bar and mulled wine in the lobby to goodies for the trip and a handmade souvenir at checkout. The breakfast selection was amazing, and both the service and amenities were excellent. Our room was clean and had amenities. The location was just right, close enough to things but away from the crowds. I highly recommend it!

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location fantastic. The only real issue was the tiny twin room. It was far too small for two people, and the two steps in it didn’t help. I’d stay again, but would ask for a much bigger room.
