The location was fantastic, central but just far enough from the hectic crowds, and everything was walkable. We had a beautiful, comfortable room with thoughtful extras, including a posh coffee machine and towelling robes. Breakfast was immense and fun, especially with the fabulous David serving eggs to “Abracadabra.” We loved the banter, and the welcome drink in the speakeasy style bar was a lovely touch. Chris gave us such a warm welcome and really went the extra mile. Can the service get 10 stars? We’d come back just to spend time with Chris and David again. Thank you!

We loved being greeted with “Welcome home” when we came back. It’s a beautiful hotel with a fun, fabulous team who are helpful and interesting. The owner is still developing parts of the building, so it’s a work in progress. Most of Prague’s key sights are close by, and there are tram stops in several nearby spots. We’d definitely return and recommend it.

The staff made it hard to leave. They were so warm and inviting that we felt like we’d become friends, and we always looked forward to coming back for a drink or snack in the cozy, beautiful cafe. I hadn’t even expected the cafe, and it was a lovely bonus. The hotel’s gorgeous, unique decor inspired me to take photos everywhere for ideas for my own home. The ambiance was just perfect and far beyond what I expected. I saw reviews mentioning the stairs and luggage, but the staff carried our bags up and down. I’d also expected breakfast to be just cold food and muffins, like at American hotels that “include” breakfast. Instead, there were eggs and bacon, sausage, different breads for toasting, spreads, meats, cheese, and even a Bloody Mary made to order. If you’re looking for a unique, beautiful place with a great location and lovely staff, this is the one. It gave us more than we expected.

We’ve already booked to come back next year. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the hotel itself was lovely. Chris and David were brilliant, so helpful and accommodating, and the rest of the staff were even nicer. The best hotel in Prague, in my view. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
