We were left outside in the cold with no key and nowhere to stay. Two days before our flight to Prague, we called to confirm the booking, and the woman said she’d email instructions for collecting the key. We also contacted the apartment owners 24 hours before arriving at 9 pm, but got no reply. When we reached the apartment, nobody answered the phone despite our calling around 5-10 times. They couldn’t even send us a message. Luckily, we found another hotel. If you’re looking for an affordable, nice apartment, keep looking past this scam and find somewhere good for your stay :)

Getting around was easy from this great location. The apartment itself was comfortable and very clean, and the owners were great guys who were always ready to help. Recommended!

The neighborhood is great, and you can walk to places from here. There’s also a tram stop close by, so it’s easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
