I spent almost a month at Spalena over Christmas and New Year 20/21, when restrictions were at their strictest, and I’m really glad I stayed there. The apartment is huge, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything you need and then some. The washer-dryer was a real bonus. I made the cozy living room my home office, and the WiFi worked well. I could also plug an Ethernet cable straight into the router. Roman welcomed me warmly, showed me around, and explained how everything worked. The location was unbeatable. I’ve stayed in Prague many times, but hadn’t been in this area before. There’s so much nearby to walk to, including the river and Old Town. Thanks, Roman, for being such a great host, and for the Christmas tree!

The apartment was clean, and the welcome was friendly. We had a lovely four days right in the center, with everything, including the old town, within walking distance.

Roman, who organized our stay, was especially helpful. It was easy to reach him by email or WhatsApp, and he warmly answered our questions about arrival, underground parking, and Prague in general, including tips for our visit. The apartment had everything we could want: two bathrooms, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, drinks already in the fridge, a capsule coffee machine, a TV with Netflix, and more. It was spacious and clean, and we felt right at home. We’d happily recommend it.
