The best thing by far is the location: right on Staroměstské náměstí, a minute from the Orloj and a perfect spot for seeing Prague. Judging on location alone, I’d give it a 10 out of 10. The apartment, though, didn’t live up to that setting for the price. Two of the three TVs didn’t work, the old kettle was broken and unusable, and one bedroom stayed very cold because its heating didn’t work. Fixtures in both bathrooms were broken and needed repairs. There also wasn’t any coffee, sugar, or other basic supplies. In summer, air conditioning costs an extra €20 per day. It’s a shame that such an expensive place falls short on these things, because they really took away from what could have been a great Prague stay.

The apartment’s central position and its design were the only real pluses. We were five people staying four nights, but there were just two toilet rolls, and no mat or towel to use after showering. The heating was controlled remotely. It was at 24 degrees on day one, then dropped to 22 on the second day and 19 on the third. We were freezing indoors and had to keep our jackets on.

We had a lovely, large one-bedroom apartment overlooking Old Town Square. It was quiet, beautiful, and very reasonably priced. The staff were consistently professional, kind, and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Right in the heart of Prague, this was a really nice, well-equipped apartment with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. For six of us, having only one bathroom was a bit limiting. Still, I’d recommend it.
