The transport links made getting around Prague easy: there’s a bus stop outside, and the metro and tram are about a minute away. The area also has plenty of good restaurants and a large shopping mall. Inside, our room was spacious and consistently cleaned, with a lovely, hygienic bathroom. The bathtub and the carefully chosen toiletries were welcome touches. Breakfast had lots of options and was high quality. I’m very happy with my stay at OREA. It’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in in a major European city, and I’d happily return.

I’ve stayed here twice, and both visits were relaxing and a complete pleasure. The location is ideal, the amenities are superior, and the welcoming, helpful staff really make the experience. Thanks especially to Jan at reception, who took the time to explain everything in detail. Even a good venue becomes exemplary because of its staff, and that’s true at the Orea. I’ll definitely stay here on future visits to Prague.

The reception team were great and very helpful, and the tram stop right beside the hotel made exploring the city easy. I found the beds comfortable, but they were very warm, so I didn’t sleep particularly well. The room itself was okay. We ordered room service twice: the first order was fine, but the second arrived uncovered and wasn’t very hot.

That water purifier was a thoughtful touch, with unlimited refills whenever we wanted. The location was excellent too, just a short walk from the tram station. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the modern amenities made it comfortable. A very pleasant stay, and easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Europe.

The restaurant staff deserve all the praise. The food was excellent, with a great selection and good quality ingredients. Getting around was easy, with more than eight tram lines as well as the metro and buses well connected to the rest of the city. The problem was sleep: the pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable. For a seven-night stay, that was a lot to put up with.
