The apartment was spacious, air conditioned, and had an elevator, but the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, the air conditioners leaked water onto the floor. When I raised it with the owner, she blamed me and said I'd changed the temperature, causing the leak. I found her uncooperative and not credible, and regretted booking. The young man and his girlfriend who met us at the building door were cold and matter-of-fact. They handed us a file of instructions and rules that felt like the law of Hammurabi. I thought they lacked tact and hospitality.

It's huge but still doesn't feel too crowded. The many stores and the location are just amazing. I like it a lot.

The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and right in the center. The elevator being out of service for two days was the only problem. We had to carry on up five floors with a wheelchair user.

It's a decent, spacious place in the old city, close to everything and good value for money.

There's a bidet! That's all that needs saying.
