Really disappointing service. I booked a room over New Year, but my credit card was declined. Booking.com gave us 24 hours to update the details and assured us the room would be held until then. I updated the card details a few hours later, and the hotel told us our room had been canceled. Terribly disappointing customer service.

This place saved the day when the hotel my wife and I had originally booked in Prague turned out to be a joke. It’s family owned and run, with great food, service, and staff. A real Godsend. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were comfortable with a nice ambience. It is a little far from the city centre, so you need time for the trip there and back. If that works for you, it’s a great place to stay.

There were broken beds, no lift or air conditioning, and no warm water in the morning. They did provide a backyard and private parking.

The staff were great and very helpful. Nice rooms, a really pleasant stay, and an excellent breakfast.
